“Terra” team has an established track-record of adding value in the Portuguese property market.


Through our founding partners, we have been present in Portugal for 30 years, developing, building and managing our extensive real estate portfolio.

Our strategy is to acquire pre-developed land in qualified locations after which we undertake a series of tasks to obtain building permits for the allotments. We have acquired deep expertise in this approach which generates healthy risk-adjusted returns, as plots with all necessary building permits are significantly more valuable than land without permit.

Our market insights, technical expertise and extensive network, including established relationships with local authorities in the Lisbon and Oporto areas, have been key to our success.

Specialized in Real Estate investments with an excellent track record in Sweden, Germany, Canada, Spain, Brazil and Portugal. Founding partner of Bygg Fast Parklane Lda. and Linderberg S.A. in Portugal, Parker Urbanismo, Lda. in Brasil and Winzen Co. in Canada. His unique market knowledge has allowed him to invest, develop and coordinate several investments from residential to office, hotel and commercial units. With more than 1,000,000m2 of projects, combining his background and experience, as founding partner in “Terra”, he is responsible for investments coordination and new opportunities evaluation.

Former head of the Civil Engineering department of the Portuguese Bare of Engineering. Founder of “Ribeirinho Soares – Centro de Projectos de Construção, Lda.”. His expertise lies in consulting, auditing, review, general coordination, portfolio and project management.
